The Wall

(This is the logo on my dad's t-shirt he got as a souvenir!)

Went to a concert last night with my mom, dad, and grandparents. It was "The Wall Tour" (which is now just Roger Waters from Pink Floyd.) We got great seats...it was sort of like a balcony, and we didn't have anyone in front of us except for people down below (maybe a five foot drop).

For those of you who don't know, "The Wall" has its own story. Roger Waters plays the songs and it goes along with videos that are projected on a huge white brick wall.

During one point of the show there were fireworks shooting out from the stage which was so cool! Now, I have to say it was kinda hard to follow, because I don't really know the music too well, so I don't know the story all that much. This is probably why I thought most of the story was a little bit strange. It's hard to figure things out when you're sitting there watching a bunch of walking hammers and mosquitoes on the wall with a bunch of music. :)

There was an inflatable pig they released from behind the stage...I knew that was going to happen because the pig is the most famous part of the whole concert. Let me just say, he's so cool! Here's a picture of the pig... he wasn't the cutest little guy if you know what I mean...

All in all, I had fun. It was great to see family...also there were some funny people dancing really crazy near us. Funny!

  1. This show you went to go see sounds kind of wierd (no offense) but pretty cool with all of the fireworks and the things projecting on the wall. And you're right the pig does look wierd but although you didnt really know what was going on at least you were with your family right.
